Can the customer finish the main job?
We test the full path, such as booking, giving, ordering, or approving work. A pretty first screen does not count as a pass.

We check the confirmation, staff handoff, account, and record. The task is not done if it lands in the wrong inbox or system.

What happens when a service fails?
We test the fallback for a slow connection, rejected payment, missing record, or unavailable outside tool. The customer gets a useful next step.
