Referral Program Terms

1. The Program

The Rehost referral program is operated by Buildify LLC ("Rehost," "we," or "us"). It lets an eligible person or organization (a "referrer") introduce a prospective client through a personal referral link or our referral form. Participation is free.

A for-profit business referral earns $200. A church, ministry, or faith nonprofit referral earns $50. The type describes the referred client, not the referrer. We determine it from the signed service agreement and the client’s actual operating identity when paid service activates.

2. What Counts as a Referral

Credit goes to the first valid, verifiable introduction recorded through a referral link, referral form, or direct introduction confirmed by our team. The referred person must reasonably expect the referrer to share their contact information with Rehost.

A referral does not qualify if the prospect is a current or former Rehost client, had substantive sales activity in our records during the prior 90 days, or is the referrer, the referrer’s employer acting through the referrer, an organization the referrer controls, or an entity under common control. Aliases, related contacts, subsidiaries, locations, and duplicate submissions for the same client do not create extra rewards.

3. When the Reward Is Earned

A reward is earned only when the referred client activates paid service within 180 calendar days after the introduction was recorded. Paid-service activation occurs when both of these events are recorded for the same referred client: (1) the Rehost service agreement is signed or executed, and (2) the first required monthly or annual subscription invoice is successfully paid. The reward is earned at the later of those two events.

A call, proposal, verbal yes, workspace, free trial, card authorization, pending or failed payment, refundable hold, one-off purchase, or unsigned invoice does not count as activation. An administrative delay in collecting payee or tax information may delay disbursement, but it does not change the date an otherwise valid reward was earned.

4. Payment and Status

We aim to release an earned reward within 30 calendar days after activation, once we verify the payee, payment destination, and any required tax information. The referrer is responsible for taxes on the reward. Payment methods may vary by location and payee type.

Referrers may receive a private status link showing the people they introduced and broad progress, such as “in conversation” or “became a client.” It never shows prices, payment details, private messages, or internal notes. Anyone holding the link can view it, so keep it private. We may reset it on request or for security.

5. Refunds and Fair Use

A later refund does not automatically cancel a validly earned reward. We count no more than one refund strike per distinct referred client. The first two refunded referrals create no recovery duty. Starting with the third, we open a manual review and notify the referrer. The reward tied to that refunded client may be returned directly or offset against future rewards. We do not automatically debit a bank account or payment method.

Those strike protections do not protect fraud, collusion, self-referral, knowingly false information, duplicate identities, or a chargeback caused by the referrer’s misconduct. We may void or recover an affected reward in those cases. Referral links may not be used in spam, misleading promotion, or paid search ads targeting Rehost names. Public promotion must clearly state that the promoter may earn a referral reward.

6. Review, Changes, and Contact

Before a reward is earned, we may pause or reject a referral while we review identity, chronology, consent, duplicates, fraud, prohibited promotion, client classification, or refund history. Contact us within 30 calendar days after a status notice if you believe attribution or reward treatment is wrong.

We may change or end the program prospectively by publishing a new effective date. A later change does not reduce a reward already earned under the policy version in effect when the referral was recorded. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, or authority to bind Rehost. Banks, institutional partners, resellers, revenue-sharing arrangements, and custom enterprise partnerships require a separate written agreement.
