Referral Program Terms

1. The Program

The Rehost referral program (operated by Buildify LLC, "we", "us") lets invited clients and partners ("referrers") introduce prospective customers to us using a personal referral link or by direct introduction. Participation is by invitation and is free.

2. What Counts as a Referral

A referral is attributed to the first referrer associated with a prospective customer, either through their referral link or recorded by our team. A referral counts as converted when that person or business becomes a paying client within six (6) months of the introduction. Introductions that do not convert within six months expire and are no longer attributed.

3. The Status Page

Referrers receive a private link showing the people they introduced and coarse progress (for example "in conversation" or "became a client"). It never shows pricing, payment details, or private communications. The link is personal; anyone holding it can view the page, and we may reset it at any time on request or for security.

4. Rewards

Any reward, credit, or compensation for converted referrals is agreed individually and separately with each referrer. Nothing on the status page or in these terms creates an automatic entitlement to payment.

5. Fair Use

Referral links may not be used in paid advertising, spam, or misleading promotion, and self-referrals are not eligible. We may pause or remove a referrer, or decline an attribution, where we reasonably believe these terms were not met.
