Rehost can build and operate the customer-facing app and website around your wash plans, locations, offers, account tools, and approved integrations. Your wash controller, point-of-sale system, license-plate hardware, and payment processor can stay in place when they support the agreed flow.

Settle the operating questions before choosing an app.
The useful decisions are not about button colors. They are about which system controls the gate, who owns the membership record, and what happens when a customer changes a vehicle or location.
01
Do we have to replace our point-of-sale or wash controller?
No. The system running the wash can remain the system of record.
Rehost can place a branded customer experience around the current operation when vendor access, data quality, and account terms support it. The scope names what passes between systems, who approves changes, and the fallback when an integration is unavailable. Replacing the controller or point of sale is a separate operating decision.
Confirm in the scope
Current controller and point of sale
Vendor access and API permissions
Membership and transaction records
Fallback during an integration issue
02
Can one membership work across several locations?
Yes, when access, billing, vehicle, and location rules are defined first.
A shared app can show eligible plans, participating locations, renewal details, receipts, and account changes. The scope must define whether a plan follows a person, vehicle, or license plate, which sites accept it, and which system owns billing and access decisions.
Confirm in the scope
Person, vehicle, and plate identity
Shared versus location-only plans
Billing, renewal, and cancellation rules
Exceptions, holds, and account support
03
How do license plates, gates, and app accounts work together?
The app can present the account, while approved operating systems keep control of site access.
License-plate recognition, RFID tags, gate controls, and tunnel equipment should not be treated as ordinary website features. Rehost documents the customer action, the system that authorizes entry, the data exchanged, and the support owner. A manual path is also defined for unread plates, new vehicles, and vendor outages.
Confirm in the scope
Access-authorizing system
Plate, tag, and account matching
New or replacement vehicle flow
Manual entry and support path
04
What can the team stop administering?
Rehost can own the customer-facing software and publishing work named in the plan.
Your team can send approved changes to plans, locations, offers, content, and notifications through the agreed channel instead of maintaining another customer-app dashboard. Site staff still run the wash, handle safety and equipment, approve operating policies, and resolve the exceptions assigned to them.
Confirm in the scope
Included change types
Approval owner
Release and response targets
Work that remains with site staff
05
How will we know whether the new experience helps?
Choose a few actions that the wash can verify from its own systems.
Useful measures may include completed plan signups, account self-service, offer redemptions, support requests, repeat visits, and cancellation reasons. The baseline and source system come first. Rehost will not turn an industry average into a promise about your locations.
Confirm in the scope
Primary customer action
Source system for the result
Consent and account ownership
Baseline, review date, and decision threshold
Keep the customer experience separate from wash control.
A branded app can make membership and location access easier without pretending that a phone screen runs the tunnel.

Published US starting point
$950
USD per month for Business, up to 2,000 monthly active users
The published Business tiers are $950, $1,500, and $2,500 per month by monthly active users. The proposal confirms locations, integrations, vendor costs, migration work, and the launch target.
Rehost does not currently publish a car-wash customer result. These resources show the service boundary, pricing, and operating method without borrowing proof from another industry.
Direct answers about controllers, memberships, plates, locations, price, and evidence.
Does Rehost replace DRB, Sonny's, ICS, Washify, or another wash system?
Not by default. The current point of sale or wash controller can stay as the operating record. The proposal identifies available vendor access, supported data flows, account responsibilities, and the fallback if an integration is unavailable.
Can the app support unlimited-wash memberships?
Yes, when the scope defines plans, eligibility, billing, renewal, cancellation, holds, vehicle or plate identity, participating locations, and the system that authorizes each wash.
Can one app support several car wash locations?
Yes. The scope defines shared and location-specific plans, hours, offers, access rules, manager permissions, reporting, and support responsibilities. Each existing vendor must still support the required location controls.
Can customers update a license plate or vehicle in the app?
That flow can be included when the wash system supports a safe update path. The scope defines identity checks, plate validation, vehicle limits, access timing, fraud controls, and the manual support path.
How much does Rehost cost for a car wash group?
Published US Business pricing starts at $950 per month for up to 2,000 monthly active users, then $1,500 up to 10,000 and $2,500 up to 50,000. Locations, integrations, vendor subscriptions, migration, and transition terms are confirmed in the proposal.
How fast can a car wash app launch?
The target depends on the approved scope, vendor access, plan and location data, payment setup, app-store accounts, migration needs, and approval speed. Rehost puts the launch target in the proposal after those inputs are known.
What car wash results can Rehost prove publicly?
Rehost does not currently publish a car-wash customer result. We will not substitute a result from another industry. The project should begin with your own baseline and named source systems.
Who owns the content, data, code, and design?
Customers retain the content and data they submit. Rehost owns its service software, code, and designs unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise. Accounts, licenses, exports, handoff, notice, and service-end terms follow that agreement.
