Real operators across LA County and Gateway Cities. Restaurants, faith communities, salons, dental groups, and trade businesses. They have Mondays back; their staff stopped administering software.

Owner · Vintage Nail Bar
"My staff went back to doing nails. They weren't onboarding customers to an app or explaining how to book online. Rehost handled every piece. We just showed up and did our jobs."

"First call to App Store in 12 days. I was the bottleneck, not them. They asked for three things, built the whole thing, and launched it before I'd even finished my next menu update."

Owner · Lumia Med Spa
"I haven't answered a scheduling text in months. Clients book straight from our app now. Reminders, rebooks, rewards, all automated. The front desk stopped drowning in texts the week we launched."

Med SpaPastor Marcus Williams
Lead Pastor · Cornerstone Community Church
"We went from three campuses to five in eighteen months. With Subsplash that would have meant rebuilding the giving flow three times. With Rehost it meant adding $250 to the monthly bill. Our worship team plans the service. Their team handles the platform."

Imam · Islamic Center of Long Beach
"Salah times, Jumu'ah recordings, Ramadan calendar — and the giving page works the same as our regular giving on the rest of the year, no separate Zakat platform. The board reviewed the security architecture once before we signed; we haven't had to revisit since."

Pastor · St. Bridget Chinese Catholic Center
"Our parish has Mass in three languages. The app handles bilingual bulletins, sacrament tracking, and the directory in Mandarin and English the same week. The diocesan office reviewed the data residency once. We never logged into a vendor dashboard."

"Our membership directory has been on five different platforms in twelve years. With Rehost the directory is finally just there. Yahrzeit reminders, Shabbat times, b'nei mitzvah scheduling — all in our app, in our brand. Our office manager has her Mondays back."

Owner · Mendoza Auto Service
"My dad started this shop in 1987. Customers bring me their kids' first cars now. The app shows that — the family's whole service history, going back to '92. Reminders go out automatically and people show up because the relationship is in the system, not just in my head."

"I curate. That's what I do. I don't run discount promotions and I don't push notifications saying 50% off. Rehost built me an app that lets me show what I just unpacked from an estate sale to the customers who would actually love it. They feel seen, I sell what I love."

"Our recall queue used to live in our front-desk lead's notebook. When she went on maternity leave, the panel skipped a quarter. Now Rehost runs the recall cadence — six-month cleanings, annual exams, post-op check-ins — and the front desk is back to actually greeting patients."

"Old Naples canal homes eat compressors. Salt-air, five years tops on a standard residential unit. The app pre-flags those addresses for marine-grade replacement parts. My techs roll out with the right SKU on the truck. We stopped losing days to second trips."

Owner-Instructor · Boom Box Pilates
"Mindbody was charging me per member and per instructor as I grew. My bill went up every quarter; the platform stayed exactly the same. Switched to Rehost, the bill stopped scaling, my members got an app with my studio's name on it, and my top instructors stopped feeling like Mindbody owned them."

What local owners and leaders ask us before the first call.
Why is the company called Rehost?
It started as a cloud-migration term — lift-and-shift to a new server. We took the word and re-pointed it at organizations: to rehost your operation is to hand the software work to a team that builds it, runs it, and stays accountable for it. The literal lift-and-shift cloud-migration product is not what we do.
What does the team actually do day-to-day?
Three things on repeat. We design and ship — apps, websites, integrations, dashboards. We operate — uptime, App Store submissions, push schedules, content publishing, processor reconciliation, AI ops. And we respond — your team messages us, changes go live, no admin panel for your staff to maintain in the meantime.
Who is Rehost actually built for?
Operators in LA County and the Gateway Cities — dental groups, salons, med spas, restaurants, HVAC and trade businesses, multi-location chains, faith communities. The common thread is a real operation with customers and a staff that already has a job that isn't running software.
How long until something is live?
A custom website is usually under a week from kickoff. A faith app per campus is 2–3 weeks. A full Business build (app + website + rewards + AI ops) is typically 3–4 weeks. Anything faster usually means a template; anything slower usually means hourly billing.
Why $850 instead of a $50,000 agency quote?
Because the $850 covers the work and the operating burden — design, build, hosting, monitoring, AI ops, content, on-call, App Store rejections, and the change you message us about next Tuesday. Agency quotes are project fees that disappear after launch and meter every change after that. We don't.
What's actually in our name when we sign up?
Your domain stays on your registrar. The mobile-app developer accounts are issued in your business's name. The payment processor is wired to your bank. Customer database, member list, giving history — those are your records, exportable on request. The recurring fee buys you the team running the platform; the operation itself lives under your name from day one.
Who handles a 9pm Friday change request?
Send a message in your dashboard. Most copy and content updates ship same-day during the week and land first thing Monday on weekends. Anything bigger gets a quick scope-and-go reply with a target date — not a ticket, not a quote.
What's the cancel scenario look like?
Month-to-month, no early-termination fee. If you cancel, we export the code, the data, the designs, and we transfer the App Store / Google Play / hosting / processor accounts that are already in your name. The platform shuts off. The operation keeps running.
Can we see something you've built before signing up?
Yes. Book a 15-minute call and we'll walk you through a live operation we run that resembles yours — same vertical or same geography. You'll talk to a real engineer, not a discovery rep.
