Multi-Location / Restaurants

Most restaurant groups pay for their POS, online ordering, and loyalty per door, so a regular at one location is a stranger at the next. Rehost is one branded guest app you own, billed by total active users.

Toast, Olo, and a loyalty add-on each bill per location, and each keeps its own copy of the guest. The result is a customer record that splits the moment someone visits a second site. We build and operate one app, one loyalty program, and one guest database across every location, integrated around the POS each site already runs.

What running multiple locations on a per-door stack actually costs.

  • Every tool bills per location, and the stack multiplies. Toast software starts around $69/mo per terminal before add-ons, with online ordering and a loyalty module reported at roughly $50 to $75/mo each per location. Olo bills order packages location by location. DoorDash takes 15% to 30% per delivery order at every site. None of it is a group rate. Open a fifth location and you pay for a fifth of everything.
  • Guest data fragments across sites. Toast keeps a customer list per location, Olo keeps its own, your email tool keeps a third. A guest who orders from your Highland Park site and your Long Beach site is two different people to the system. You cannot see a true cross-location regular, so you market to your best customers as if they just walked in.
  • Loyalty doesn't follow the guest. Most POS-bundled loyalty is scoped to the location that enrolled the guest. Points earned at one restaurant often don't redeem at another, and the app a guest downloads is tied to a single site. For a group that wants one brand and one rewards program, that's the opposite of what loyalty is for.
  • Nobody has the cross-location view. Because each tool is siloed per site, there's no single place to see lifetime value across the group, which locations share guests, or whether a promotion at one site cannibalized another. The reconciliation lands in a Friday spreadsheet that one person maintains and nobody can take a vacation from.

One platform, one guest, owned by you.

We build one custom guest app and website for the whole group, with a single loyalty program and one unified customer database that spans every location. It integrates around the POS each site keeps running, Toast, Square, or Clover, so the kitchen and the line don't change. What changes is that the guest is one record everywhere: a regular at your Pasadena site is recognized, points-intact, the first time they order in Culver City.

Rehost is a software lease with an operating team. We build it and we run it: design, App Store submissions, content changes, and the AI ops layer are handled by our team, and your staff never logs into a dashboard. You own the App Store account, the domain, the code, and the guest data from day one. And the bill is by total monthly active users across the whole group, not per door: $950/mo up to 2,000 MAU, $1,500 up to 10,000, $2,500 up to 50,000. Opening a sixth location doesn't add a sixth subscription.

Built for groups, not single doors.

One branded app across every location.

A single native iOS and Android app under your group's brand, listing every location, with ordering, loyalty, and your menu in one place. Not one app per restaurant, and not a template with your logo dropped on top.

Unified guest data across all sites.

One customer record per guest, shared across every location. You can finally see who your true cross-location regulars are, what they spend group-wide, and which sites share an audience.

Loyalty that travels.

One rewards program that earns and redeems at any location. A guest enrolled at one site is already a member everywhere, and the points balance follows them across the group.

Integrated around the POS each site keeps.

We wire the app into the POS each location already runs rather than ripping it out. Menus, orders, and tickets stay where your staff expects them. The guest layer sits on top, unified.

Group-wide view, no admin panel.

Cross-location lifetime value, shared-guest overlap, and per-site performance in one place. Your team doesn't administer it. You ask for a cut of the data or a change and our team ships it.

Direct ordering that sidesteps commissions.

Ordering through your own app and website means orders you own, not a 15% to 30% cut to a marketplace on every ticket. The more guests you move into the app, the more of each order stays with you.

What multi-site operators ask.

Do we have to rip out Toast at every location?

No. Toast is genuinely strong at the POS and payments layer, and we don't replace it. We build the guest-facing app, loyalty, and unified customer database on top, integrated around whatever POS each site runs. If different locations are on different systems, Toast at some and Square or Clover at others, we work with that too.

How does pricing work when we keep opening locations?

By total monthly active app users across the whole group, not per door. Base is $950/mo up to 2,000 MAU, Plus $1,500 up to 10,000, Pro $2,500 up to 50,000. Opening another location doesn't add a subscription line. If you're approaching a tier ceiling, we reach out before anything changes.

Will a guest's loyalty work across all our locations?

Yes, that's the point. One rewards program, one guest record. Someone who enrolls at one site is already a member everywhere, and points earned at any location redeem at any other. That's the opposite of most POS-bundled loyalty, which scopes points to the site that enrolled the guest.

Can we see a true cross-location customer view?

Yes. Because every location writes to one unified database, you can see lifetime value across the group, which guests visit multiple sites, and whether a promotion at one location moved guests or just shifted them from another. You ask our team for the cut you want; there's no dashboard to administer.

What happens to our app and data if we leave?

It's already yours. The App Store and Google Play accounts, the domain, the code, and the full guest database sit under your group's name from day one. If you cancel, we export everything and hand off the accounts, and your operation keeps running. Month-to-month, no contract clawback.
