Single-campus faith app pricing makes every model look reasonable. Multi-campus is where the math separates them. This page lays out actual numbers across 1, 3, 5, and 10 campuses — Subsplash mid-tier, Pushpay typical, custom dev, and Rehost at $250/mo per campus, linear, no exceptions.

Notes: Subsplash mid-tier is $349/mo per campus (their public pricing); Pushpay's ChurchStaq typically lands at $400–$1,200 per campus and is presented as a custom quote — we use $600 as a midpoint. Giving processor fees (Stripe at ~2.2%, ACH at ~0.8%) apply on top of all platforms equally.
Three-year total cost.
The flat-fee advantage compounds over years. Custom dev front-loads cost; rented platforms charge in perpetuity. Rehost stays linear across the entire span.

The largest gap appears at scale. A 10-campus operation pays $90,000 over three years on Rehost; the same operation on Pushpay's typical pricing crosses $216,000.
What "linear, no exceptions" actually means.
- No multi-campus tier to upgrade to. Subsplash and Pushpay both have higher tiers that unlock features. Rehost has one tier — Faith — and the per-campus rate is the same whether you run one campus or twenty.
- No per-member fee. Some platforms charge per active member or per giving record. Adding 500 new members on Rehost doesn't change the bill.
- No giving processor cut from us. The processor (Stripe, ACH provider, Tithe.ly's API, Pushpay's API) bills you directly. We don't take a percentage. Most rented platforms layer a 0.5–1.5% additional fee on top of the processor rate.
- Add or drop a campus, the bill adjusts. Plant a new campus in March, your April bill goes up by $250. Close a campus in September, your October bill goes down by $250. No annual reconciliation, no negotiation.
- No setup fee for additional campuses. Some custom-dev arrangements charge $5,000–$15,000 to "stand up" each new campus. With Rehost, additional campuses configure inside the existing platform — same shell, separate entry, branded for that location.
