Rehost billing
Coming from Buildify? Nothing is wrong.
Buildify is now Rehost. Same team, same service, same price. Your plan keeps running, and you do not need to do anything.
Saw a charge and want to know what it is? Here is what ours looks like:
Your card statement
That is us. Your Rehost plan.
AGREE.COM is the company that sends out our bills, andWWW.REHOST.APP/BILL is this page. Billing companies put their own name first. That is why it does not just say "Rehost." Your payment is handled by Stripe andWhop.
My charge says something else
Older plans can still bill under an older name. These are all us too:
- Rehost
- rehost.app/bill
- Buildify
- buildifyhq.com/bill
- Ozone Coverage
- Hidaku LLC
- Whop
- Stripe
Rehost is our name now.Buildify and Ozone are our old names.Hidaku LLC is our company's legal name.

Billing questions
Charges, entities, cancellations, and what shows up on your statement.
I see a charge I do not recognize. Is this you?
If the descriptor reads Rehost, rehost.app/bill, Buildify, buildifyhq.com/bill, Ozone Coverage, or Hidaku LLC, then yes, it is us. Those are all the same company: Rehost is the current name, Buildify and Ozone are former names, and Hidaku LLC is the legal entity that processes payments. Send us the date and amount and we will identify the exact invoice for you.
Why does the name on my statement not say Rehost?
Depending on when you signed up and which processor handled the payment, the descriptor may still carry an earlier name. Nothing about your plan changed with the rename. If a charge looks unfamiliar, call, text, or email us and we will confirm it in minutes.
What is Hidaku LLC?
Hidaku LLC is our legal entity. It is the name on the payment processing, so it can appear on card statements and receipts even though the service is Rehost.
How do I cancel?
Message us. We will confirm the commitment, notice, effective end date, exportable data, transferable accounts, any code license or handoff, and when Rehost-managed hosting and operations stop under your signed agreement.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Ask us and we will check your signed agreement. If a pause is available, we will confirm what remains active, what is retained, and when billing resumes before making the change.
How do I update my card?
Message us and we send a secure payment link so you can enter the new card yourself. We never ask for card numbers over the phone, by text, or by email.
Why was I charged more than I expected?
The usual cause is a mid-cycle plan change, which puts a prorated amount on the next invoice. Business plans also scale with monthly active users, so crossing a tier ceiling changes the rate. We reach out before that happens, never silently. Ask us and we will walk you through the breakdown line by line.
Is my payment information secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe and Whop. We never see or store your card details, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Any payment link we send goes straight to the processor, not to us.
What is AGREE.COM on my statement?
Agree is the billing platform our subscriptions run through, so it prefixes the statement label with its own name, followed by WWW.REHOST.APP/BILL, which is this page. Payments themselves are processed by Stripe and Whop. Whichever name appears, the service is Rehost and the amount is your Rehost plan.
Still not sure about a charge?
Send us the date and the amount. We will look it up and tell you what it was for.
