Alessandro De La Torre

Alessandro founded Rehost, a Los Angeles operator that designs, builds, hosts, and runs custom apps and websites for organizations and teams across LA County: restaurants, dental groups, salons and med spas, home-services companies, multi-location chains, and faith communities. Rehost is a trade name of Hidaku LLC, headquartered at 453 S. Spring Street in Downtown LA.

He writes the guides on this site the same way Rehost runs client work: plain English, real vendor pricing with dates on it, and an honest read on when a competitor or a cheaper tool is genuinely the better fit. The recurring themes are what software actually costs an operator across its whole life, who ends up owning the customer relationship, and who does the work of keeping an app alive after launch.
