America250 · Small Business Grant Program

250 years of American small business. Your build cost, covered.

Rehost is a delivery partner for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Digital Impact Grant. For eligible American small businesses, the grant can underwrite the engineering cost of the approved initial build. The signed grant and customer agreements identify branding, accounts, code licenses, repository access, and ongoing operating costs. Companies can apply to confirm eligibility and terms.

What the grant covers.

The signed program and customer agreements state the underwritten scope, customer accounts and data, code license or repository access, and any operating subsidy.

Initial build, fully underwritten

The grant underwrites the complete engineering cost of a production-ready application. Recipients incur no invoicing, fees, or change-order billing throughout the build phase.

Reduced monthly rate

Monthly operating costs can be partially subsidized while the award applies. As an illustrative example, a plan that normally runs $950/mo could run $650/mo under an active award. Actual amounts vary by award and are set in the program agreement.

You own everything

Recipients retain 100% of the source code, brand assets, and intellectual property. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce and contracted delivery partners hold 0% equity in any deliverable.

Weeks, not quarters

Standard timeline from accepted application to launch is four to six weeks, with weekly progress reports throughout the build cycle. Built and operated by Rehost's LA team.

Why America250.

2026 marks 250 years of the American experiment, and small business has carried it the whole way. The America250 push exists to strengthen and bolster American companies for the next chapter, and this program is one concrete way that happens.

99.9%

of American businesses are small businesses. They are the storefronts, shops, congregations, and crews this program is built to serve.

Main Street first

Custom software has been priced like a luxury for decades. Underwriting the build removes the single biggest barrier between a small operation and real technology.

Underserved communities

Priority consideration goes to businesses in underserved and under-resourced communities, where a working app or modern website moves the needle the most.

How it works.

STEP 1

Reach out

Book a short call or send a formal inquiry. Tell us what you run and what you need built. Chamber membership is not a prerequisite for application.

STEP 2

Eligibility review

We walk your application through the program's eligibility criteria and confirm what the award covers for your specific build and monthly plan.

STEP 3

We build, covered

Accepted applicants go straight into the build queue. No build invoices, weekly progress reports, and a reduced monthly rate once you are live.

See if your business qualifies.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and program capacity is limited. Please reach out for formal inquiries on the program.
